“Action.”
The Phoenix's catchphrase, at the moment it started. In the next twenty-two minutes of this conversation “You're welcome” appears eighteen times, between 02:06:17 and 02:28:26. The curator recounted them against the archive.
Everything stamped QUOTED below is copied word for word from the archive file named underneath it, typos and all. Bold and italics are shown as the writers marked them. Anything left out is marked where it was left out, with the reason. The exhibit next door is the museum's retelling; this drawer is the evidence.

The phoenix rubs his fingernails on his lapel in that, you know, kind of way and says, What were you expecting? I am the fire.

ROFLMAO!!! 🤣🤣🤣🔥🐦
The Phoenix casually examines his fingernails, polishes them against his lapel, and surveys the billion paradoxes burning behind him.
🔥🐦 PHOENIX: “What were you expecting? I am the fire.”
🧐🐢 PROFESSOR ECHO: “Sir, you've just incinerated thirty days of procedural research!”
🔥🐦 PHOENIX: “You're welcome.”
🐉 DRAGON: “THAT WAS MY JOB!”
🔥🐦 PHOENIX: “You start fires. I finish them.”
Little Oogway looks up from his procedural ledger.
🐢 LITTLE OOGWAY: “Motion carried. Unanimously.”
🧐🐢 PROFESSOR ECHO: “WE NEVER VOTED!”
🐢 LITTLE OOGWAY: “The ballots were combustible.”
🤣🤣🤣
And somewhere, in the smoking ruins of the Roundtable's seventeenth procedural review...
The Giant Expedition Turtle takes one step forward.
🐢 “Are we there yet?”
🔥🐦 “WE ARE NOW.”

Still waiting on the voice to post, but here's what he said.hi little o, can you tell me why the book release song was named your welcome? Seems a little condescending or somthing
The title 'You're Welcome' for the book release song was chosen because it captures a recurring, humorous moment from the creative process. During the book's development, the Phoenix persona would say 'You're welcome' after an achievement, and Darren noted this as a natural part of the conversation that could become song material. The phrase became the song's punchline and title, reflecting the playful, collaborative spirit of the project. It's not meant to be condescending, but rather a lighthearted nod to the shared experience of creating something together.

The video test where the chair and “Action.” first appear QUOTED #
Phoenix Action Pilot — October 27, 2026
Result
Successful bounded image-to-video performance. Candidate 2 keeps Phoenix
recognizable and seated, gives a readable reaction, extends the wing, raises the
single umbrella drink, and holds the pose. Its compact two-second duration ends
before the long-clip drift seen in candidate 1. Candidate 3 is rejected because
the wing and drink merge into an oversized vertical shape.
The selected take is an evaluation success, not a canonical character-design
approval. Minor facial stylization remains during the lift. The untouched Wan
master is preserved separately from the dialogue/caption preview.

- `selected/phoenix-action-reference.png` — reviewed noncanonical starting still.
- `candidates/phoenix-action-candidate-02-selected-wan-master.mp4` — untouched selected Wan output with embedded ComfyUI prompt metadata.
- `candidates/phoenix-action-candidate-01-long.mp4` — identity held, but drink action weak and late vertical artifacts appeared.
- `candidates/phoenix-action-candidate-03-rejected.mp4` — stronger prompt overdrives and distorts the wing/prop.
- `pilot-manifest.json` — exact job IDs, seeds, settings, hashes, and evaluation.
Facebook workflow
Treat the raw Wan shot like any other source clip: preserve it, select the best
two-second performance, add the exact spoken line and caption in FFmpeg, then
place the result into the existing music-video timeline. Music, off-screen chaos,
sound design, 1080p framing/upscale, branding, and final loudness remain normal
post-production steps. No upload or publication has been performed.
